All memberships must be renewed in order for members to be financial for the upcoming season, you can access the members portal here.
If you are creating a family group for the first time, you may need to create the family group and then go back in and ensure each members is showing as pending for the 2018-19 season. If in doubt, please contact us at registrar@cookshillsurfclub.com.au and we can check for you.
- Please ensure you have a members portal account, before you start the registration process. If you joined last season, this is not automatically created for you, we have created a guide to assist you.
- Each member over 18 must complete a membership declaration form
- Each member over the age of 18, must have a valid working with children’s check number. This can be completed via the Kids Guardianship website. We suggest you start this process now, to ensure you have your number prior to joining. We are not accepting any memberships of any kind without a WWCC number for members over the age of 18. - If you have turned 18, or your child has, they will need to send us through their WWCC number before we can approve their membership for the upcoming season.
- If required attend one of our Pool Proficiency sessions.
- Make payment through your members portal account.

We must have all correct details and payment before we can finalise your membership. If everything is not received, we will contact you to let you know what we are missing and you will have seven (7) days to supply the information, before your membership will be rejected. From there you will need to reapply.
You can check if your membership has been renewed by logging on to your members portal account – the season registered should be showing 2018-19
